Sliding fire doors are extremely beneficial to both the travelling public and the ship owners, providing safe and convenient flow paths. They are recommended in areas where a swinging door can become both an obstacle and a detriment to the flow of traffic.

Joiner Systems™ provides A or B class fire rated sliding doors. They are fitted with counterweight system and pneumatic cylinder to assist opening and self-closing of the door.

Optional Features:

• Pneumatic control system.
• Push button or door handle sensors, mounted on each side of the door panel, activate the opening of the door.
• Door edge sensors provide passenger protection when a door is in motion.
• An auxiliary air tank opens and closes the door in a power outage.
