0% Leakage Isolation Louver Dampers

Zero leakage parallel blade louver dampers are used for 100% shut-off man-safe isolation. Each blade is carefully fitted for precise operation in parallel motion and can thus create highly controllable passages for gas. Special non-binding external linkages are used and are fully adjustable.

This design incorporates the feature of providing 0% gas leakage across the blades. The control of the flue medium leakage is controlled by a sealed air fan. The sealed air pressurizes the space between the two rows of blades and creates a positive shut-off effect.
